For urgent and non-urgent support requests, the fastest method to get action from Infortech Technical Services Team is to open a support ticket in the Customer Service Portal at: https://login.infortech.com.

Our 24x7 Urgent Response Team will attend to any Urgent Requests related to Service Outages immediately if placed through the Customer Service Portal.

All non-urgent support issues will be attended by our Technical Services staff during our day shift, 9AM to 6PM Mon-Fri, US Pacific Time (GMT -8:00).
