Carrier Connectivity
We peer directly with Tier-1 Backbone Providers. Our IP transit comprises Lumen (Level3), Cogent, ATT with Multi-gigabit Fiber connections to the upstream peers.
Public Cloud Direct Connectivity
Our Multi-gigabit network backbone provides Direct-Connect capability to Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS public Clouds, allowing our enterprise clients to build a flexible Private-Hybrid-Public Cloud solution for their infrastructure. Some of our multi-location clients use this capability to build a Secure Network that spreads across their locations and their Public Cloud infrastructure.
Physical Security
The entire Datacenter is a secure, 24x7x365 staffed, controlled access facility with SSAE-16 Type II Certification. The building and Data Center suites are secured with Card Key Access System, and 24-hour Video Monitoring with cameras installed in key locations to cover all accessible Datacenter floor space. In addition to the perimeter security, all system hardware is locked in steel cabinets.
Power System and HVAC System
The Datacenter is powered by two independent Power Grids, separate redundant UPS Systems for each power grid, and separate Diesel generators for a secondary backup. In case of a power outage, the generators can power the entire Datacenter for up to 24 hours with the fuel onsite.
The entire Datacenter floor has industrial-grade, redundant HVAC systems with zone-based temperature monitoring and a microparticle air filtration system.
