Datacenter & Network Operations
To service our Clients’ infrastructure, Infortech owns and operates a State of the Art Datacenter in an SSAE-16 Type 2 Certified Facility in Silicon Valley. We also maintain reciprocating partnerships with Tier-1 Datacenter Operators with access to additional 16 Datacenters globally. Infortech is a Tier-1 Internet Infrastructure Provider with direct Asynchronous Network delegation and direct IP allocation from ARIN (American Registry of Internet Numbers). In our facility, we have the capability to connect directly to most major global carriers and Tier-1 IP Backbone providers and has backhaul network access to major internet peering points (MAE-West, MAE-East, PAIX, Equinix, AADS, NYIIX). Our network peers directly with Tier-1 Backbone Carriers such as Level3, Cogent, XO & ATT.
Reliable, High Performance, Scalable Infrastructure to Build a Better Cloud
Our infrastructure is built to provide robust framework to build and operate Private and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure solutions for our Clients. Our ‘all Cisco’ network backbone is fully redundant&our perimeter security systems incorporate multiple layers of security shells built on industry-leading security solutions. Our network is managed and monitored round the clock to ensure continuous availability with N+1 bandwidth burst headroom.
Physical Security
The entire datacenter building is a secure, controlled access facility with 24x7x365 manned security. The facility is secured with Card Key &Biometric Controlled Access System and 24-hour Video Monitoring System. In addition to the access security, all system hardware is locked in highly secure steel cages & cabinets.
Power & Climate Control System
The power system in the Data Center provides an industrial grade, conditioned, multi-grid, redundant power, designed to run the entire data center without interruption. The Datacenter is powered by two independent Power Grids, separate redundant UPS Systems for each power grid, and separate Diesel generators for secondary backup. In case of a power outage, the generators can power the entire datacenter for up to 24 hours with the fuel onsite.
The entire Data Center floor has an Industrial grade, redundant cooling systems with zone-based temperature monitoring and a microparticle air filtration system.
